Our 6 Main Rules For Weekly Service

Check out our 6 rules for waste removal services:

  1. Bag it and tie it up! All waste must be in bags, and the bags must be tied. Exceptions include large, heavy, or awkwardly shaped items that cannot fit in a bag.
  2. Safety first! We do not accept flammable liquids, hot coals or ashes, chemicals, batteries, or live ammunition. We take fire hazards seriously.
  3. No paint, please! Any paint found in our cans will result in a charge for the can.
  4. Know the limit! Each can has a different weekly limit. Additional bags beyond a full can will be charged an additional $5. Yard waste requires a separate pickup day and has a minimum $30 charge, with an additional $5 per bag. Please note that yard waste cannot be disposed of with your weekly service.
  5. Respect the can! While we provide the cans for use, free of charge, any damage or destruction to the can will result in a $150 charge.
  6. Location, location, location! To ensure prompt pickup, please place the can as close to the curb or road as possible. We offer additional services for a small fee, including can transport to the road for $5 per week, or pickup and return to the house for $10 per week.
