Our 6 Main Rules For Weekly Service

Check out our 6 rules for waste removal services:

  1. Bag it and tie it up!
    All waste must be placed in bags, and the bags must be securely tied. Exceptions include large, heavy, or awkwardly shaped items that cannot fit in a bag. Cardboard is accepted if it is broken down and contains no garbage inside.
  2. Safety first!
    We do not accept flammable liquids, hot coals or ashes, chemicals, batteries, or live ammunition, yard waste, grass clippings, or leaves. We take fire hazards seriously and prioritize safety.
  3. No paint, please!
    Any paint found in our cans will result in an additional charge for the can. Please ensure no paint is disposed of.
  4. Know the limit!
    Each can has a set weekly limit. Any additional bags beyond a full can will incur a $5 charge. Yard waste requires a separate pickup day and has a minimum charge of $30, with an additional $5 per bag. Note that yard waste cannot be disposed of with your regular weekly service.
  5. Respect the can!
    While we provide the cans at no charge, any damage or destruction to the can will result in a $150 charge.
  6. Location, location, location!
    For prompt pickup, please place the can as close to the curb or road as possible. We also offer additional services for a small fee:
    Can transport to the road for $5 per week.
    Pickup and return to your house for $10 per week.
